Why deliver rental
equipment?
The way we handle our Weekend Warrior clients is based on
how we have experienced our equipment rental needs (both positive and negative) in the past. We understand that proper
training on these machines empowers homeowners and business owners to feel they can do these tasks instead of paying to hire
a company and hope they do a good job. Our on site delivery and training is key factor in your successful project! Many
folks may not have the vehicle or physical ability to pick up machines like these (often weighing over 100 lbs.!) so we bring
the machine to them, complete with all the tools and products necessary to to the job. We also ensure the safe transport
of our equipment and save you on late fees with our free pick up!
Do you provide your own supplies for the jobs your employees do?
We have everything
we need to do the job. Customers who have special request for products are asked to submit them prior to their scheduled
appointment and we will ensure our team members have them.
Why do you charge tax when most cleaning companies don't?
We are licensed, insured and bonded, which means
you have the piece of mind to know that we file quarterly IRS statements, report our earnings to the State of New Mexico and
have ensured that you are covered should anything happen while we are cleaning your home or office. Our employees are
verified US citizens, are trustworthy and professional (all have undergone background investigations). You may
pay a bit more for our services versus some of the others in town, but a few extra dollars is worth piece of mind!
What are your hours?
We work 24/7 as needed by our appointments. Phones are usually answered during business
hours (8-5) and messages are returned within 24 hours.
How
much advance notice do you need for appointments?
Janitorial and cleaning appointments need at least 24 hours to
ensure we have room in the schedule. Weekend Warrior rentals need to get their reservation in at least three (3) days
prior to the scheduled start date.
What forms of payment do you
accept?
We accept all credit cards, checks (not temporary) with valid ID and cold hard cash. Credit cards
are required for equipment rental (we won't charge the card but need it for security/damage purposes only).
